Oh I know that empty space too. My hubby works away. Happy weekend.

Awwww, that's sad and lonely.

But, a great concept for empty tho.

Happy weekend.

Oh that must be hard! I'm sure you look forward to the weekends more than ever!

Mines up!

See...you only have to make half the bed! Too easy!

I feel your pain. My hubby is away from home more than he's here too. Though I have come to enjoy his side of the bed along with mine :)

The worst kind of empty. Good luck dress shopping.

In my house the animals would decide to take over the empty side of the bed...Enjoy your trip!

I guess you enjoy him when he's home on the weekends then?

Aw! That's a unique take for today, but a little sad.

Oh, that can be tough. When my husband was in the military he was gone a lot while we were in England. It sure got lonely. Have a great weekend.

Makes those weekends extra special but, hey, you can read as late as you want during the week.

Oooo, I hate that empty space. I always have to put pillow there when my husband is gone. Great choice for the Hunt!

Yes I used to have a travelling husband, but those days are over now! Great picture.

I'll be interested to hear how you get on with the wedding outfit - I'm about to have to start the same search - with added complications!

Why don't we move into the middle of the bed and enjoy all the extra space when our men are away? It appears you stay on your side even when he's not there. Me, too.

I love the shot capturing the sunlight from the window I guess. Looking at this makes me want to lie down on my bed.

Good idea. Have a good week!

If you had a cat... that space would be filled...actually, 80% of the whole bed would be filled. Cats tend to occupy as much space as you will allow.
Great take on the theme.

My Dear Hubby and I don't spend many nites apart but we don't spend a lot of time sharing the bed while we sleep, either. His work shift hours have had him getting up practically in the middle of the nite for years. I'm aware of him getting up...then I snug his pillow up close and crash for a couple more hours!

Uh! Oh! Liz's gone quiet! It's the weekend...Mr. Liz has arrived home!

Liz, it is a lot nicer than Tracey Emin's!

I have two cats and a dog and a husband sharing my bed ... so I'd welcome the space :)

Mine's up too :)

I hope everything is okay with you and yours, Liz...you're missed.

Oh dear, an empty half of bed. What about Harvey? I'm sure he'd love to keep you company.
