Gentlemanly conduct?

Brother-in-law is older than me. Only four months but nevertheless.

On Saturday I made an innocent comment along the lines of 'Neh neh neh neh ne, I'm younger than you are,' and do you know what he said? You won't believe it when I tell you.

He said, 'Well, you don't look it!'

You can judge for yourself. This is me:

And this is brother-in-law:

Not at all gentlemanly. I hope you didn't let him forget it for the rest of his stay... I would have thrown his dinner in the pool for that comment.

Not only do you look way younger, tell him that yellow mid-life-crisis mobile casts an unflattering pallor over his rapidly aging skin! ;-)

Next time just tug his beard till his eyes water.

The jury did not even have time to take their jackets off...

And you, Mrs H, are looking the best this summer than ever (in the time I've known you).

Actually, I know him better than his sister in law does. And (anna), the food tasted like it had already been in the pool and (maryb), looking at your eyes, it's hard to understand how you dare make a comment and (chux), it looks as tho' you couldn't even grow a beard and (shirl),never trust a jury.
(But it was a "very nice" weekend.)
xx

Oooh, none of us are fooled, "Anonymous." Now, go grovel at Liz's feet and beg her forgiveness!

When he said 'You don't look it' he OBVIOUSLY meant 'You look far younger'. Anyway, never trust ANYONE who won't publish their name.
